Here we stacked a five tier off white fondant wedding cake and encircled each tier with ruffled fondant ribbons. The cake is decorated with bouquets of green and blue sugar hydrangeas.
Inside is a tier of gluten free
vanilla cake with strawberry cream filling. Additional alternating tiers were chocolate
fudge cake with Madagascar vanilla bean filling and vanilla cake with strawberry cream filling.
The cake was delivered to a
wedding reception at the Italian American Club in Scotch Plains NJ.
