Beach Theme Retirement Cake for Police Captain

A Police Captain celebrating his retirement asked us to create a beach theme cake for his party. His Police vehicle is driven into the ocean, all his gear is discarded on the beach and he is relaxing in a hammock strung between two palm trees.

The beach is rum cake with orange chocolate cream and the sea is red velvet cake with Madagascar Vanilla bean filling. Delivered to Matawan NJ.

Seinfeld Groom's Cake

A fan of Seinfeld received this surprise three tier Groom's cake for a wedding rehearsal dinner at the Hanover Marriott hotel in NJ.

Something to please every taste. The bottom tier is pure white vanilla cake with chocolate orange filling, while the top tier has dulce de leche cream filling. The middle tier is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate raspberry filling.

I scuplted fondant figurines of each main character in the show (Jerry Seinfeld, Elaine Benes, Cosmo Kramer and George Costanza), while many iconic items from your favorite episodes decorate the cake: Can you spot Kramer's pipe and shirts, the blue sofa, soup, babka, bagels, chinese food, even the envelopes that killed Susan!

Elmo Birthday Cake

A special cake ordered for a first birthday party in Virginia. The Cranberry Pound Cake has Chocolate Orange filling. Elmo is bursting out of a small blue drum cake. I piped his fur with red royal icing. The bottom cake tier is covered in green fondant and decorated with musical notes, and not forgetting Elmo's goldfish and crayons too!
