Caparros Copper Sandal and Shoe Box Cake

One of our favorite customers wanted to surprise his wife for her 40th birthday. He ordered a white vanilla cake with chocolate cream filling, carved in the shape of a shoe box. On top we placed a copper colored Caparros sandal sculpted from fondant. Delivered to Catas Restaurant in the Ironbound district of Newark.

Roses and Pearls Birthday Cake

This 40th birthday cake was delivered to Montclair NJ. It is a square 3-tier design with lavender colored fondant topped with white roses and a string of sugar pearls, our customer's favorite piece of jewelry. The top tier was lemon coconut cake with lemon curd. The lower tiers had alternating chocolate and vanilla layers with amaretto moccha buttercream.
