We got to visit the very trendy W Hotel in Hoboken NJ to deliver this Louis Vuitton handbag cake, which is a detailed replica of a Speedy 25 model in Monogram Canvas. We cut all the handles and trimmings to look like the real cowhide leather, but of course all edible.
