White Wedding Dress Mini-Cake

This mini-cake in the form of a wedding dress is a popular favor for the bridal party. The chocolate cake and chocolate mousse filling is covered in white fondant, decorated with a white bow and sash, as well as silver dragees.

Summertime Mini-Cake Assortment and Stand

I fell in love with this cupcake stand when I was visiting Austin Texas last April. It was perfect for a customer's barbecue in Millburn NJ.

The chocolate mini-cakes have a mint filling, they are covered in a light green fondant and are decorated on top with a light peach rose made of gumpaste. Each mini-cake has a yellow or green ribbon around the base to finish off the look.

What a glorious day, it was too cold at Easter to make you believe Spring had arrived, but now I can make my first post. The kids' skis are put away and my customers want to eat lots of cake! We had fun making this Easter Bunny cake and mini-cakes order for a Spring Break holiday party.
