The Lorax movie starts today. So we had fun creating a red velvet birthday cake with cream cheese filling, and a matching Cat in The Hat vanilla cake with Madagascar vanilla bean filling to sit on a display of Truffula trees!
A nice way to remind ourselves about the origin of this Dr Seuss fable and to express concern for our environment. Save our Truffula trees?
I am also attaching an image of the cakes as part of the display at the birthday party in Summit NJ.
