Burgundy Bouquet Ivory Wedding Cake

I really enjoyed creating this four tier vanilla wedding cake with chocolate cream filling.

The cake is covered in ivory color fondant and is decorated with piped scrolls, fondant pearls, and a piped monogram. We assembled bouquets of assorted sugar flowers, including roses, jasmine, anemone and peonies.

The cake was delivered to a wedding reception at the Royal Albert Palace in Fords NJ.

    1. Kewin, the idea comes from a consultation with the bride. We sit down and discuss the theme, colors and flower selection for her bouquet, then if she wishes we design a cake to match. In this case we wanted flowers that stayed with her burgundy and red color scheme. Best wishes, Paula
