Kids went crazy over this one! We created a Candyland theme topsy turvy cake for a Bat Mitzvah last weekend.The four tiers of red velvet cake have a cream cheese filling and grated white chocolate.
The cake is covered in purple fondant and decorated with all your favorite Candyland character figurines crafted painstakingly from fondant, including: King Candy, Queen Frostine, Princess Lollipop and Mister Mint, as well as candy canes, multi-colored ginger bread men and snowflakes piped in royal icing.
