What I love about the cakery is when we occasionally get a walk-in customer asking for a last minute cake that we can actually fit in the decorating schedule.
I have Italian family, so delighted to carve a 90th birthday cake in the shape of Italy!
We designed a cake to scale with a topographical map and a series of special items (town emblem, its two churches, a bottle of wine and some musical instruments) that related to her home town of San Bartolomeo in Galdo.
Inside the fondant is a lemon cake with always popular cream cheese filling.
We delivered the cake to Union NJ!
