Jimmy Choo Shoe Cake with Bridal Shower Bouquet

I just love Jimmy Choo shoes! I created a silver high heel shoe with edible rhinestones to sit on top of a two tier ivory fondant cake. The white vanilla cake tiers have dulce de leche cream filling. A bouquet of sugar calla lilies tied with pink fondant ribbons finishes off the design, which is also decorated with piped Swiss dots.

Delivered to a Bridal Shower at Serenade Restaurant in Chatham NJ.

Castle Book and Flak Vest Grooms Cake

Castle is one of my favorite TV series, so I got really tied up in this Grooms cake! I carved a book with the cover of a Richard Castle novel (yes they actually published books now based on the series!) as well as a flak vest for our intrepid writer become sleuth.

The Groom was excited to arrive for his rehearsal dinner at Lorenzos Restaurant in Woodland Park NJ and find this cake waiting for him.
