A Stork and Pumpkin Twins Baby Shower Cake for Vickie's babies! Inside is red velvet cake with fresh strawberries and bananas. We stacked a double size top cake tier, which provided a better canvas for the green fondant polka dots. The bottom tiers were decorated with ribbons, baby rattles, bottles and a fondant bow.
As a cake topper, we placed two fondant babies in a pumpkin, and a stork with mailbox delivery!
